March 4th at 12:00 pm EDT:  “Groundbreaking Report: Time, Treasure and Talent: Canadian Women and Philanthropy”

Women in Canada increasingly influence billions of dollars in charitable giving each year, yet a TD report finds that women have a unique way of giving. Time, Treasure and Talent: Canadian Women and Philanthropy is the first in-depth review of the presence and influence of female philanthropists in Canada. Canadian women control approximately $3.2 trillion in assets, the number of female donors is increasing at a rate far greater than men, and roughly 350,000 women in Canada have the financial resources to make a major gift to charity. As women's influence over wealth in Canada continues to rise, charities will be well served to understand women's unique approach to giving and adjust their strategies to better meet the needs and interests of their women donors.

This webinar will be presented by Jo-Anne Ryan, VP, Philanthropic Advisory Services, TD Wealth, and Sharilyn Hale, Founder & Principal of Watermark Philanthropic Advising. They will highlight the key themes of this ground-breaking report, share real-life examples, then explore together what it all may mean for your organization.
