Blumbergs will be working with Capacity Builders of the Ontario Community Support Association which is one of the 7 groups supported by the Charities and Partnership Outreach Program of the Canada Revenue Agency.  Here is some more information on the OCSA`s website (http://www.ocsa.on.ca/) and Capacity Builders Website (http://www.capacitybuilders.ca/).  Further information will be forthcoming on the Capacity Builders website in the next few weeks and months.


Charities Information Sessions

The 2009 National Capital Region, Ontario, British Columbia, and Territories Charities Information Sessions registrations http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/chrts/cmmnctn/sssns/nvttns/menu-eng.html

The charities information sessions provide free information from CRA to registrants and an opportunity to ask questions of Charities Directorate representatives.

Here is the 2009 Charities Information Sessions Session Outline
Overview of the Charities Directorate and the Voluntary Sector;
The Registered Charity Information Return: Introducing the new T3010B (09);
Fundraising;
Gifting and Receipting; and
Provincial presentations (in some cities).
